Each individual may hold only one jliss account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with any balances subject to forfeiture in accordance with these Terms.

jliss reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any deposit and to return funds to their source if the verification process raises concerns about fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
Withdrawals from your jliss wallet are processed to your registered Philippine payment method. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

jliss collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using jliss, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
Your personal and financial data is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and industry-standard security measures at rest. jliss does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
jliss operates under Philippine gaming regulatory oversight. Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable gaming regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate.
jliss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the jliss platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date indicated at the top of the document.
Continued use of the jliss platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and, if applicable, request withdrawal of any remaining balance.
